What services do you offer?

I offer monthly personalized training programs, strength coaching for athletes, and pre-made training blocks for a low-cost option.

How do I schedule a session with you?

You can easily schedule a session by visiting the booking section on my website, where you can choose a time that works best for you and complete the registration process.

What is your training philosophy?

My training philosophy centers around individualized approaches, focusing on each client’s unique goals, environment, and capabilities to maximize their performance and well-being.

Do you work with athletes?

Yes, I specialize in athletic performance training, providing periodized programs designed to enhance strength, speed, and overall athletic ability for various sports. I have worked with college track and field and women’s soccer, and youth athletes across track, soccer, and basketball.

What qualifications do you have?

I have my Master’s degree in Sport Science and Coaching Education from ETSU, and my CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist from the NSCA). I am a current Physical Therapy Student at ETSU. I also have BRM (barbell rehab method) and USATF Level 1 coaching certifications.
